今年已是Schwarzkopf Professional Hair Expo Awards舉辦30週年，由多位美髮權威評選出紐澳地區最傑出的人才，Hair Expo Awards代表著南半球美髮界的最高榮譽。

Winners of the 2015 Schwarzkopf Professional Hair Expo Awards were announced at a gala extravaganza this evening, in front of more than 900 of the industry’s most influential leaders at The Star in Sydney.

Celebrating a milestone 30 years, the Schwarzkopf Professional Hair Expo Awards represent the longest running and most respected hair accolades in the Southern Hemisphere.

The best creative and business talent from across the region were recognised, after being selected by a panel of the industry’s most renowned and respected leaders.

Schwarzkopf Professional Hair Expo Awards的最大獎「澳洲年度最佳髮型師」由Papas and Pace Salon的Dimitri Papas獲得，Dimitri承接父親Stelios Papas衣缽，踏上美髮師之路，今年，他也與Stelios一樣獲得年度最佳髮型師的榮耀。

「至高無上的榮耀，」Dimitri難掩興奮如此說道，「天吶，我在努力消化這個訊息！這真的是我職業生涯裡最美好的時刻，能被這些前輩們選中，加入Benni Tognini、 Brad Ngata、Shane Henning、Sharon Blain等巨星人物之列實在太棒了！」

Taking out the night’s top award - Australian Hairdresser of the Year – was Dmitri Papas?of Papas and Pace Salon in Brisbane. Dmitri follows in the footsteps of his Dad and renowned hairdresser Stelios Papas who has previously won the coveted award.

“It is a true honour to be chosen as Hairdresser of the Year – I am still trying to get my head around the news,” said Dmitri. “This is definitely a highlight of my career so far - to be recognised by industry leaders and to join the ranks of previous recipients such as Benni Tognini, Brad Ngata, Shane Henning and Sharon Blain is incredible.”

He continued, “Special recognition needs to go to my photographer Andrew O’Toole. I would like to dedicate this award to my family and friends, and most of all to my mum.”

當晚的最大贏家則是AKA Togninis的Jules Tognini奪得最佳男士造型、年度最佳教育以及最佳作品錦集三項大獎 ; 位在新南威爾斯州e’Salon則包辦了年度最佳沙龍團隊和年度最佳新進髮型師兩個獎項。

The evening’s other big winners included Jules Tognini from AKA Togninis who took home three awards - Men’s Hairdresser/Barber of the Year, Educator of the Year and Photographic Collection of the Year, while e’ Salon from NSW won Salon Team of the Year and Emerging Hairdresser of the Year (Lisa Muscat Vitale).

The 2015 Schwarzkopf Professional Hair Expo Awards were the climax to this weekend’s Hair Expo at Sydney Exhibition Centre, Glebe Island. Thousands of visitors enjoyed the ultimate experience in hairdressing education, innovation and inspiration.
