英國沙宣創意總監Bruce Masefield成為2011英國美髮技術協會設計師獎的新科得主。Bruce Masefield表示，自己能獲獎實在出乎意料，也讓他喜出望外，因為能獲得業界權威評審團的肯定對他而言是莫大的光榮。此外，跟協會長久以來的合作關係也讓他由衷感到愉快並獲益良多。

身為創意總監的Bruce Masefield享譽國際，足跡常見於國際發表會與髮型秀。他長年致力於培養沙宣人才，並與Mark Hayes合作無間，搭檔打造沙宣學院與沙宣專業美髮沙龍每一季的髮型新趨勢作品。

Sassoon UK Creative Director, Bruce Masefield was awarded the coveted accolade of ‘Fellowship Hairdresser of the Year 2011’ at the Fellowship for British Hairdressing Luncheon Awards held at the Dorchester Hotel, Park Lane, London on Monday 5th December 2011.

On receiving the accolade, Bruce says “Winning the ‘Fellowship Hairdresser of the Year’ award came as a complete and utter surprise. I was absolutely stunned when my name was announced and the feeling of pride as I accepted the award was truly overwhelming. To be nominated and judged by the most illustrious names in the industry is a very special honour”.

Working with the Fellowship is always tremendously exciting. Their motto ‘strength through quality’ permeates everything that they undertake and has distinct parallels with the philosophy of the Sassoon organization. As UK Creative Director, Bruce is responsible for educating and developing the next generation of the Sassoon Team, dividing his time between the salons and academies coaching the teams in their work. He has developed an international reputation for being the consummate professional on the many shows and seminars he undertakes globally. Bruce also works very closely alongside Mark Hayes, International Creative Director developing the key trends for the Sassoon seasonal salon and academy collections.
