The Escher Collection
INTRODUCTION
“For this collection I took inspiration from the imagery of the 20th Century surrealism artist M.C. Escher, who worked with a creative concept of placing images alongside each other taken from alternate angles, allowing personal perspectives to decide subjectively from which angle is preferred. This collection allows the percipient a dual perspective of shape, texture and expression. A harmonious assemblage of graphic lines that sync with undulating texture, a union of fire red tones, ice blondes and rich lilacs”.
